Jesse (Pietropaolo) The Tailor has owned and operated his shop since 1978. He learned his craft in his hometown in Calabria, Italy and brought his skills to the U.S. in the 1959, working in the alterations departments of Hughes and Hatchers, Gimbels, and as the Head of the Alterations Department for Joseph Horne in the South Hills Village and Monroeville Mall

locations. 

     Jesse’s expertise is in numerous types of alterations including but not limited to women’s formal wear and men’s wear, and he specializes in dry cleaning and monogramming, as well. In his 38 years of practicing his craft in Bellevue, Jesse has amassed a rather large and impressive clientele including, doctors, lawyers, and athletes.
